I fell in love with this look that I saw on Refinery 29 the other day.

The caption stated that this woman borrowed her dress from her hubby, which means that it's not going to be sold in any fancy shop and that is bad news.

Except it's also good news.  It means that she probably made it herself and I can too.  I found just the shirt to DIY and make this a go-to dress for summer.
