We arrived in the city yesterday evening. I love this city. It's a place I really feel connected to since both my sisters are here. I wish I could actually live here.
We've already been out and about this morning to the usual stops. To the park. To Joe's for coffee. To Murray's for cheese and lunch bits. We had to do some speedy navigating to make sure to get across 7th Ave and back before the streets close for today's Gay Pride parade.
The kids can't wait to see the parade. Rainbow flags as far as the eye can see! Ella already spotted some pretty costumes on our wandering. Like the man dressed from head to toe in gold.
I've already snapped some pictures of the cousins and I can't wait to get pictures of the parade.
I love this city. Did I say that already? Pictures tomorrow, but in the meantime, here's one last HK outfit. Yes, my denim vest. Again.
Outfit details: Denim vest - altered from Gap boys denim jacket (Stanley Market), silk skirt, tank top and scarf also from Stanley Market, vintage Native American turquoise necklace - gift from the hubby, Michael Kors watch
