Your birth day was totally different from what I had experienced with your brother and sister (as was the first week of your life, which you spent in hospital).

You've defined yourself in our family with your distinct character.

|Wearing her new shoes.|
You had a good day today, even though it started and ended with a few tears You know what you want, but you can't always have it. Going downstairs at 5:45 in the morning is one of those things you can't have. Sleeping in your new dress up dress and the shoes from Ella and Buddy without taking a bath is another (but actually, you got that). I hope the shoes are comfy because I really didn't want you to be upset if they weren't still on your feet in the morning.

Two had it's ups and downs for you as we learned to understand you and you learned to help us understand you.
|Birthday brownies. Daddy had to help you blow out your candles.|
But now you are three. Three!
We can't wait to see what new adventures we'll go on together, big girl.
Happy Birthday, Cally.
