Now - when I tell you it's Ella, and she is on the billboard of the bus 40 bus stop - it's not in the same way that I was on the bus 40 bus stop or Poochie was on the double decker bus. I mean this in all truthfulness. Those other times were look-a-likes. Ella just pointed them out because she saw a resemblance.
On our way home from the park this evening, Buddy stopped and said Hey Mummy! Look, it's Ella! Sure enough, he was right! Here she is on the billboard advertising St. Peter's Church Nursery School. I would have walked right by if he hadn't said anything. We called Daddy to quickly bring down the camera. He came down with our new neighbours Bridget and Greg and their daughter Lily and we all gazed in amazement at our now famous Ella.
I snapped a picture of her proudly smiling next to her billboard self. She started to kiss her friends, but I quickly put a stop to that explaining that even though they were pictures of her friends, they were probably dirty.
I also took a picture of the full ad. The mystery of Anterly is solved. For several weeks now, she's been talking about Anterly and puzzling us all. Who or what is Anterly? This evening I learned that he is a classmate, whose name is probably Anthony. I tried to suggest this, but I was sharply corrected! In any case, that's him riding the pink bike in the top right corner.
A close up of our billboard Ella and her friends Kaiya on the far left and Izzy on the far right.
And our Buddy - with his famous mohawk - whose sharp eye caught it all.
